Privacy Policy

Information we collect

The app collects no personal data. live.ly has no servers or backend. It does not require an account and does not send Pixed Studio LLC your media, projects, usage, analytics, or advertising data.

Photo library access

live.ly asks for photo library access so it can:

• Read the photos and Live Photos you select. They are processed entirely on your device.
• Save the finished Live Photos back to your library.

live.ly does not upload your media to Pixed Studio LLC. If selected media is stored in iCloud Photos, iOS may download it according to your Apple settings. Finished Live Photos saved to your library may also sync through iCloud Photos. You can change or revoke the app's access at any time in Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Photos.

On-device data

App preferences, project information, and imported audio are stored locally until you delete the project or remove the app. Temporary working files used for previews and exports are removed after the task finishes. Live Photos already saved to your library remain in Photos, and Apple may include app data in device or iCloud backups according to your settings.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as a problem description, device model, or iOS version. We use it only to reply and troubleshoot. Email service providers process messages to deliver and store them under their own privacy policies. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

Support messages are normally retained for up to 12 months after our last correspondence, then deleted unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. You may ask us to delete a support conversation at any time using the contact address below.

Purchases

live.ly offers an optional Pro subscription. Apple handles payment and subscription management through the App Store. We do not see or receive your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by its Privacy Policy.

Third parties

live.ly includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Apple services handle photo access, iCloud syncing, and App Store purchases according to your settings. Email providers process messages only when you contact support.

Children

live.ly is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
